International Sales Manager (German Speaker)

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager to take charge of German speaking countries in Europe. This professional will be responsible for driving regional sales strategies within the boundaries of our global sales strategies, managing regional client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring growth in applicable markets.

Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in client meetings as well as regular international exhibitions.

This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, hitting revenue targets, and expanding market share in the sauna industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets across assigned regions or channels
  • Build and strengthen the Sawo brand even further
  • Coordinate and report on regular basis with other sales teams
  • Identify new B2B opportunities and guide sales
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and loyalty
  • Present product demos, technical specs (e.g., heater capacities, stone options), and customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment and project support
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to refine strategies and forecast accurately
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining profitability
  • Track performance via Odoo and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Sales, with proven expertise in B2B International Sales
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets in international or export markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Familiarity with MS Office, and sales analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Odoo CRM system is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for business requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sauna or Wellness industry is a plus
