This is a full-time role for a Head of Production, based in Cebu, The Philippines.The Head of Production will oversee all production operations, including planning, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and target output
• Lead and supervise production personnel across all manufacturing functions
• Ensure compliance with company production standards and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other departments to address operational concerns and improve workflow
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Production Management or Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Strong Team Management skills to lead and develop multi-functional teams
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to effectively manage costs and resources
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
• Proven track record of ensuring product quality and timely delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments
• Experience in the sauna or manufacturing industry is a plus
