Production Supervisor, Woodworking

We are now looking for a talented and motivated Production Supervisor, Woodworking (Puutekniikan osaaja) to join our team in Cebu!

What You’ll Do

• Independently manage the woodworking production line
• Planning of work phases, schedules, resources and drive continuous development efforts.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to meet quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure seamless integration

What We’re Looking For

• A technical education and a practical, hands-on working style
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Either recent graduation or previous experience with wood production methods
• Experience in the sauna industry, modular wooden structures, or skills in wood sorting, drying, and surface treatment is considered an advantage
