Process Engineer

(Prosessi Insinööri) – Cebu | Full-Time | On-Site

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for energetic Finnish talents to join our factory team on Cebu Island, Philippines!

What You’ll Do

• Develop our Purchasing and logistics operations
• Manage our supply, source raw materials and components needed in production
• Improve our packaging towards more efficient
• Working closely with sales, production and RnD

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant education (college/university of applied sciences/engineering degree)
• Genuine enthusiasm for developing processes and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with our specialists, suppliers, partners, and customers
• A hands-on, practical approach to work and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience from sauna industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in both Finnish and English
• Willingness to adapt to and work as part of a multicultural team in the Philippines
