International Sales Manager

We are looking for an International Sales Manager to join our SAWO team in Cebu, the Philippines, and take a key role in expanding our sauna business globally. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, develop international partnerships and shape the future of a fast-growing SAWO brand.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive and develop international sales across existing and new markets
• Build, manage, and support a global distributor and partner network
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels
• Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
• Represent the company in trade fairs, customer meetings, and global events

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in international sales and business development
• A strong track record of growing B2B sales, preferably in wellness, design, or lifestyle products
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience from sauna industry or sales in Asia Pacific, are an advantage
• Fluent in English, any other language skills are considered as an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
